We are also an authorized service center for most extended warranty plans provided by NEW- Costco, Best Buy, Visions, The Bricks, London Drugs, Leons, The Source, New-Age Electronics etc.

All our repaired units are fully tested before being released to the customer. Our team consists of industry certified technicians and a professional administrative team. We have decades of experience servicing electronic products. We understand technology is constantly moving forward and DK electronics continuously reviews, re-models and re-tools to serve customers.

Attention:

1: Due to the volume of goods received at out shop and the number of service calls that we must attend to on a daily basis, our policy is to inspect received shipments as we can get to them. This will be on a first come, first serve basis. In some cases, we cannot inspect goods for up to 10 business days after receiving them. Due to the fragile nature of electronic items, it is the responsibility of the customer to properly package the item in the original box or in a fashion that will protect the item during shipment. If the item is not properly packaged and damage is discovered upon inspection, the damage will be the responsibility of the customer. There will be no exceptions. We will inspect goods immediately for items brought into the shop.

2: Not responsible for items left over 30 days.
